Full Coverage Painting and Flooring

We were so hopeful after reading so many good reviews about Full Coverage online. However our experience with them was absolutely horrible. Should have questioned it when they told us they would wave the 3% credit card field if we would give them a 5 star review. You shouldn't have to "bribe" your customers into giving you a good review. They said that our project manager would be in and out multiple times during the whole process to check on things. During the initial four days they worked on our house they showed up once to drop off paint and that was it. They initial job they did was horrible. The only thing they removed from the walls were outlets and light switches. They tried to paint around towel bars and light fixtures. The only drywall prep they did was two cracks in the drywall. They did not fix a single "nail pop" or anything else. Besides doing a bad job of prep and painting the crew had just thrown stuff they removed from the walls in closets and on top of furniture. This resulted in a number of our things being broken. Maybe if the project manager actually showed up they would have caught this. The first crew did such a bad job, the next crew spent 3 more full days to basically redo 70 percent of what the first crew did. Again the project manager only showed up once during the entire 3 days. After the first 4 days and the horrible job I tried to get in touch with the company via email and phone calls. Nobody wanted to talk to me. The only time I could get in touch with anybody was when they wanted their money. We thought for what they charged we were getting a reputable company and a project manager to work thru the whole project with us like it says on the website. All we got was 3 painters who treated our house and stuff with total disregard and did a third rate paint job. When we tried to communicate with the company they simply ignored us. Obviously they have lots of good reviews, but that maybe just people who didn't want to pay the 3% credit card fee who knows.

Terrible communication. Bad workmanship. Left our porch worse than how it started. Put a hole in one of our support beams. Used warped boards for steps. Cut a board incorrectly and used it anyways as a step. Broke a new stringer. Trim pieces donâ t line up. The large posts they used are already splitting and are not even on all sides. They have cancelled on me two times so far to fix their mistakes. Zero customer service. They also bribe people to post positive reviews on google by offering to take off the 3% credit card fee for a 5 star review.

Good! A little pricey

Andrew and Bobby's crew were wonderful. They arrived on time and completed the job in the time they said they would. They mudded and painted my basement, installed baseboard, removed the old carpet and painted the cement floors. My basement looks great now!

Terrible. Wall repair was shotty, didn't wear masks during covid, spit on my floors and scratched them. Communication was awful. I have to redo their work. Don't hire them.

The contractor grossly mislead us on the price. On the day the project was to begin, he doubled the quoted price, knowing we had a deadline. He dragged the situation out for 3 days, then backed out, leaving us in a huge bind.

I had to choose that there was actually work completed, which there was not. They never followed through. I will be contacting another company to do the work.

Full Coverage, LLC is top notch. They re-did our deck (it had rotting wood) and then stained it. We also had them caulk and paint our window frames. Their work product was excellent and they finished ahead of schedule. Also, their quote was by far the lowest amongst the several contractors which put in quotes on the project.

Full Coverage staff did a great job painting the interior of my house. They were on time, stayed on the job and finish the job in a timely manner. All of the painting was done in a high-quality manner. I would definitely hire them again

Seems like I had an atypical experience with this company, considering how well reviewed they are. The issues I had with the service include: - taking 2 days longer than originally stated; - patches missing paint around light switches; - paint dripped onto light fixtures, hardware, trim, bannister; - I checked on the progress after crew left one night to find that a toilet overflowed on the top floor, flooded the bathroom, and soaked the carpet leading into the bedroom. No one called to notify me and when I called the business owner he cited that he doesnâ t keep tabs on his crew, but when he called the supervisor he indicated that there was a spontaneous leak after thorough inspection. I had a plumber come out that night and he determined there was no leak. I had the pleasure of mopping the floor. My guess is a crew member (accidentally of course) caused the toilet to overflow (they would keep tp in the bathrooms for use while working which is expected) and didnâ t tell anyone. If it somehow *was* a leak, they shouldâ ve had someone call me. - the owners are young and probably just not experienced with client support, but they emphasized at the outset they we both be clear on expectations and he asked what was most important to me for this job and I, ironically, said â a clean jobâ . Thereâ s other disappointing things one owner said in regards to the underestimated timeframe and bathroom event that I could cite, but overall he was just reluctant to apologize and said he wanted to finish my job so they could move on to the next one that same day. Wouldnâ t recommend or use them again, but hopefully my experience is the outlier.

They finished ahead of schedule and I am very pleased with the work. My home looks completely different. Very professional and courteous when I was on the property. I would recommend. They were very competitive with the pricing.

I needed a weather worn deck to be prepped and painted. Full Coverage team did a tremendous job. The estimate was quickly scheduled and it was very reasonable. There were some delays in starting the project due to weather, but Andrew kept in close contact with updates for a start date. They came out the first day and did all the prepping and returned a few days later to do the painting. I actually had the fencing around the yard done also. Everything looked great. The Full Coverage team is professional, courteous and hard workers. I highly recommend them.

They were flexible with scheduling, they came when they were supposed to, prepared the walls for paint without being asked to, and personally walked through the house to make sure it was to my liking. I asked them touch up a few spots, they did. Then about a week later I noticed one area needed another coat of paint, so they came back without question and finished the job.

The crew did a poor job of prepping, taping, sanding they missed A LOT of areas and had come back the 2nd day to finish and did an ok job at best. - James

These guys are phenomenal at what they do! We hired Bobby and Andrew to paint our new house from top to bottom. Their crew did a phenomenal job and we will be using them for any future painting needs. The price was reasonable and the customer service was impeccable. They told us that they would have the job done in 5 days and they actually finished in 4. They were prompt, responsive and made sure we were satisfied with the work.

These guys are incredible and we will definitely be using them for future jobs. Very happy with the service and finished product!

Very Professional. The customer service was excellent. The price was very reasonable. I was originally told the job would take two days to complete. To my surprise they were done in 1. Full Coverage exceeded my expectations. I will be doing business with them again in the future.

I found them to be very responsive to our needs and received a prompt proposal for the deck staining job. The work was completed in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of my wife and I. The cost was reasonable and the quality appears to be good. They have a good approach to how they handle their business.

I searched Home Advisor for painters and came across Full Coverage, LLC. I requested a free estimate through Yelp and Andrew called within an hour to schedule an estimate for the next day. Andrew and Bobby showed up on time and were very thorough with their questions to be sure they understood exactly what I wanted. They were very professional, polite and courteous. Andrew wrote everything down as we walked through the house, reviewed it with me to make sure he had everything correct, then gave me an estimate 10 minutes later. I signed a contract with him that day; I was very impressed with their professionalism and commitment to my job being that they are so young. Don't let their age fool you. Bobby showed up the morning of (10 Aug 2020) with all the paint ready to go and went through the details with me again to make sure he clearly understood what I wanted done (I had 5 colors) so he could relay to the painters. They started the job within a few days of the estimate and finished painting the entire inside of the condo in two days; five colors to paint and not one mistake! The painters did an amazing job and I will definitely be using Full Coverage for future painting jobs, without a doubt or worry. I highly recommend Andrew and Bobby (owners of Full Coverage) for any painting job you need done, and done well! They also gave me a discount for being a Veteran. The only area for improvement I noted was on the clean-up. The floors were dirty and the tub was dirty from cleaning paint brushes; other than this, this company was exceptional.

This company provided well above expected results. I was provided with nothing less than an expertl paint job in my home. I can't say enough about the attention to detail, cleanliness, and super respectful painters they employ. I received added help when asked and felt truly heard and respected when I wanted to say something. I can't say enough about this group. Well worth the hire where the end product is value well above the cost i paid. Will recommend to Everyone I know!
