Royal Remodling started when the said they would with no drama. The tear down went extremely well. The crew discovered some issues with an existing chimney, but fixed it quickly. The change order cost was fair. The rebuild also went well with a couple of change orders for things we wanted to add that were beyond the original scope of the project. No construction project ever goes perfectly, but the mark of a quality contractor is how the hiccups are handled. Ryan was responsive to the details as well as always staying ahead of the next step with no major delays. Framing, roofing, flooring, stonework, electrical, plumbing, fireplace and the finish work all went as we expected. We wanted Azek material for the deck, steps and railings, which was one of the larger Azek jobs Ryan had ever done. This went very well. The project exceeded our expectations. As expected, we have had some little things that have required tweaking after completion, but Ryan has continued to be as responsive now as he was at the start. We are completely satisfied with Ryan Richter and Royal Remodling. We heartily recommend them and will most assuredly use them for several future projects we want to do.
