Description of Work: I had a counted cross stitch picture that I needed to have framed. I was very impressed with the ladies at Frameworks Gallery, they took the time to find (suggest) different types of materials to use. The finished product was beautiful and I can't wait to give this gift to my daughter.

 + -1 moreThey were able toI had a picture fall off of the wall when the wire broke loose from the frame. I called Frameworks to have it repaired and put back on the wall I was able to schedule a time for them to come out within a couple of hours of contacting them. They were able to come to my house the first day I was going to be here and at a time that was the most convenient to me. Mark arrived right at the time we had agreed to and completed the work in a fast and professional manner. I would definitely use them again and also recommend them to anyone needing their services.

I wanted the end result to be of high quality and while I was certain the frame should be black and simple in design, I did need some help with choosing the just-right shade for the matting. The person helping me was very knowledgeable, listened to me, and was patient and accommodating. She also made a suggestion of the appropriate glass to use. I ended up with a "just-right" framed picture!
Description of Work: This time I needed framing for a very special autographed sports picture given to my son as a gift.
