FRAME MATTERS DESIGN GALLERY

I received an immediate response to my phone call & got an appointment that week for Allison of Frame Matters to come to my house to see the batik and where it would be hung. She brought a huge selection of frames from which to choose. I depended a lot on her expertise for the choices and was most pleased with the selections. Less than two weeks later Allison returned to my house with the completed piece which is absolutely beautiful. The project was totally painless from start to finish and I love the final product.

This is a delayed report, but when I found a Frame Matters business card today, I realized I had not submitted a report previously. The entire transaction went great. After being told by 3 framers (2 on Angie's list & 1 not on the list) that it was impossible to complete my request in my desired time frame I contacted Frame Matters. I have had few purchasing transactions of any kind that have been better than this experience. During the initial call they gave an indication that the job could be completed in my desired time frame. They called back to confirm. They PICKED UP the items at my office. They called to inform me they were on the way to DELIVER the finished items to my office. I notified them of a scheduling change that required me to leave the office. Without hesitation, they offered to deliver to my home 15 miles from my office. I was pleased with the quality and aesthetics of the framed gifts. More importantly, the gift recipients were impressed.

I spoke with Framing Diva, Corinne about what I was looking for. Three ladies showed up with a myriad of samples and ideas and went straight to work. We all discussed what I wanted framed and the sentimental importance of my work and they made me feel at ease. In three days the job was complete and installed. Thanks to the Three Graces!

I took the certificate to their studio and we picked out the colors we wanted to work with. They had so many beautiful frames to choose from! Their frames vary in cost, so they can work within any budget. We looked through the samples of available mats and chose the perfect combination. Then we put the frame and mats together and knew it was the right choice. My frame and mats were ordered. I had a beautiful new piece of artwork within a week! I couldn't be more thrilled at the finished product.

You should see the mirrors. My interior designer was over the next day and couldn't believe the difference. She said she had been looking to find someone to fix old bathroom mirrors without tearing it off the wall. She was completely in awe of the look. It was so worth the money.
