I told the guy that the pool needed to be vacuumed because there was dirt and he said that it was stains. He left 15 minutes later. I contacted expert pool to let them know it was poor service, he didn't show up when he was supposed to and he didn't call to let me know he was coming. The owner emailed me back saying they were going to discontinue my pool service instead of trying to make it right.
