EUROPEAN IMPROVEMENTS

Aprad was very ineffective in managing the project. He agreed upfront to an initial scope of work and a given cost but failed to follow  through with his initial commitment. Additionally, he did a poor job tiling our bathroom, particularly around a soap box that he recommended we install. When asked about it, he said he simply didn't have the labor budget to do a better job. He also refused to repair the tile work at no additional cost. We tried to withhold the remainder of our payment until the repair work was completed, and he then essentially forced us to pay, threatening to increase our final invoice by $2300 if we didn't. We later discovered that he did electrical work incorrectly and are now paying a licensed electrician around $400 to fix his mistakes. He failed to do the work correctly and should have either honored his initial quote without sacrificing quality or explained that a higher labor budget was needed to do the job correctly. We will never hire him again and would highly discourage others from doing so.
