1. He didn't finish job when he said he would - didn't come to the house when he said he would. Seemingly, his crew kept dropping. He told me 3 days and it ended up taking 8 days because he would leave a lot. He told me he would be here the whole time getting the job done. 2. His excuse was that it was a bigger job than he thought. He bid for the job and should have known what it entailed!!!! 3. Poor communication!!!!!! 4. Told me he would cover all of my flooring. I expected some debris; however, the hardwood floors were trashed with a white film on them. He acted as if all of a sudden he couldn't understand English and didn't acknowledge the flooring. Told me he was having a "cleaning crew" come in; however, the floors were not touched. Finally, he met with my husband and purchased some stuff to remove it and I had to clean it up. He told my husband, "Everyone has maids"!!!!!!!!!!!! 5. Paint was left all over the garage floor. 6. Paint was spilled on cloth furniture. 7. Left a mess on the tile. Had to come back and clean it but still not clean. 8. Left off caulking the ceiling in one of the high places and when I pointed it out, he told me it had been caulked and left it at that. 9. Every day I would come home to every light in the house left on. 10. This was truly an unbelievable experience for me.
