As many people know, the mortgage process can be challenging regardless of how well qualified you may be. We dealt directly with the company's owner, Patrick Furlong. He was professional, informative and easy to get along with. He listened to our requirements, supplied multiple loan options and helped us understand the different benefits and advantages. He and his staff were organized, accessible and had the experience to make this a relatively easy process.
