Called ahead to ask if they could replace the lost screw as well as the battery; they assure me it wouldn't be a problem.

Once I got to the store, a very nice woman( the daughter of the original store owner) took in the watch and serviced it while I waited. !0 minutes later the watch was up and running, set to the correct time and date as well.

The owner was out of town frequently and we had to make two follow up phone calls in order to obtain their progress on the necklace setting. We liked the final product quite a bit but the time to complete it was slow.

I am a writer and one of his designs sparked the idea behind the novel that I am working on. It is a family run business and the service is excellent. They have gone out of their way to help me. He even told me he could make me anything I want. They are very nice and helpful. I am trying to design something and he is going to draw it for me. If you tell him what you have in mind, he would draw patterns and he would help you. He really does a lot of the community, for the school, and he is really funny too. He is very sweet. He is just so honest. I love his shop. His wife works there, their two daughters comes in there so it has a nice atmosphere. They are not overwhelming and the atmosphere is very family oriented. They are wonderful. He understands what I am trying to tell him as far as what I want and he draws it for me. They have been doing this for generations and they have been there for a long time, and they are really great. He is very, very involved in his trait. They have one person in there that is not a member of the family and he is like an encyclopedia of stones and jewelry. I recommend them to a family member and she said that he was going through everything and explained everything to her. He took the time to show her different styles and different settings, which reminded me of my first bought. Everybody loves him. Their prices are reasonable. I wanted to sell some gold and he was very honest and told me that I would do better if I sold them on eBay. I was really impressed with his honesty. That is why I send in people to him. They have long-standing customer relationships, every time I go in there, I see a customer that has been with them for long, say thirty years or more. He is just so laid back and calm. He is very good with making custom jewelry. If I have some questions and if he doesn't know the answer, he is quick to say he can find that out for me. It is really good customer service, which is rare.

They are family owned and they are the best. They are very professional and wonderful. They also design jewelery and sell jewelery. They spend time with you and you are like part of the family. They will clean your rings for free. They do little things and are civic oriented and are part of the community. I would trust them with anything. I would not take my jewelery anywhere else.
