Nathaniel was able to arrange a same-day appointment for me at a price that was the best of all the many companies I called. He arrived on time and was professional, courteous, and competent. Echelon Environmental Enterprises came to my home to complete Radon Testing. The process was completely explained from beginning to end. A full report was given to me. I would recommend this company as knowledgeable and considerate.

The process was very easy. Nathaniel answered my first phone call for assistance and was very professional. He came out the next day and took 4 samples from various siding shingles around my home at the locations I requested. Nathan informed me it could take up to a week to get results, but I received a full report of results within just 24-48 hours! Better to under-promise & over-deliver. Nathaniel was great to work with and I recommend him for your testing needs.

Nathaniel came out to my home the same day I called to schedule asbestos testing. He made the whole process completely pain free and was super friendly. I've been putting off having a couple areas in my kitchen tested, and it's been keeping me from doing some much needed updating. The moment I called Nathaniel, I was so relieved and excited to hear that he could show up that day and have results in less than a week. Really wish I'd found him sooner! Mr. Nathaniel Hardee (President) was very responsive, punctual and explained testing thoroughly. Price was very reasonable and fair. Mr. Hardee came here on the same day less than 2 hours after I called him. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, took the samples, and had the results on all samples (and there were a lot of them since I had wanted any even remotely potentially asbestos-containing materials tested just in case) back quickly. Echlon services saved us! We needed asbestos removal right away. Echelon came out to the house and in less than 12 hours and safely and removed all the material we needed taken away. Mr Hardee was professional from the first phone call. He was responsive to our needs and agreed to meet with us the day after our call. He was punctual and friendly. Mr. Hardee was contacted the week prior to the date of treatment for the crawlspace. He came out quickly and assessed the area. We contacted him the following week and he was out the following day to perform the remediation. We received the certification letter the day after the area was treated. We were in constant communication via email and Mr. Hardee responded promptly and concisely. Great customer service and affordable.

Nathaniel arrived promptly, the day after we called him, even though it was just a few days before Christmas.  He proceeded to inspect the damage and measure moisture, etc.  The water damage and mold had spread into 2 rooms, and we were afraid it was in the walls.  After doing a thorough inspection, Nathaniel assured us the mold did not spread to the walls.  In fact he didn't even recommend testing, because the damage was contained.  Then he proceeded to tell us how to fix it!!  That we could certainly do it  ourselves with off the shelf products.  Nathaniel was very professional,  and did not take advantage of our situation, but instead, saved us probably thousands of dollars!   Its so nice to work with a businessman with integrity.  Do NOT hesitate to call him!!!

He was so quick to get the sample to the lab - it came back negative for asbestos wiring and with much relief.

Inspected attic and basement for mold. He identified a small amount of local mold in the attic caused by a roof leak, and advised of simple measures for removal. He advised that proper prevention measures were already in place and effective in basement, and confirmed that active mold was not an issue there. He did discover a small amount of freyable asbestos mastic left over from original furnace. He offered a fair price to remediate and remove.

He was extremely straightforward and honest. Other competitors were more alrmist. There was not a hint of high pressure sales here, just factual assessment. They believe in pursuing the least invasive and least expensive methods necessary, and I really appreciated their input as a result.

He explained in easy-to-understand language what was causing the leak in my unit as well as how the leak in my neighbor's unit was currently impacting my unit and how it could negatively impact my unit if she does not address the problem.  He also explained what was needed to be done to correct the leak with my unit as well as hers.  We can now hold the neighbor accountable for doing what needs to be done to correct her bathroom leak so that it no longer is a threat to my bathroom.  
In addition to his professionalism, I appreciate his intelligence, thoroughness and willingness to document his findings for me so that I am sure to do exactly what needs to be done to address this problem.

Mr. Hardee did an excellent job building a connection with me, as he listened courteously to my requests, and provided his professional opinion. He was able to perform the services I requested on the same day that I called. The report he prepared thoroughly explained the condition of the paint which was very helpful and forthcoming.   I appreciated Nathaniel?s competent advice, prompt service, as well as his ability to make me feel valued as a customer.

Nathaniel was AWESOME!  We got shut down by the city on some construction work we were doing.  I called him on a Monday in a panic, and he moved around his schedule and drove all the way to Athens (60+miles) the very next day.  Discussed what our options were, and explained what the permit office was looking for, and even got on the phone with them for clarification, when I was having trouble discussing matters with them.  He told me the test results would be back by the end of the week. However, once again, he worked overtime to the necessary info. to the lab for testing, and really pushed them to process quickly, and was able to get me the results in less than 24 hours! Now that's service, and no asbestos found (thank God!).  For the rush, and the extended drive, I felt his price was more than fair!  I jokingly told him that I hope that I never have to call him again! But seriously, if I did need any kind of Asbestos or Lead Paint testing, I will definitely be calling him first!

He was able to come by the same day (within an hour of calling)! He was very knowledgeable, and only took samples that he suspected could contain asbestos, including a ceiling tile and portion of plaster joint compound from the wall. We just got our results back (less than 24 hours later!) and no asbestos! We are very thankful we consulted with Echelon before spending on costly abatement procedures.
