John and his crew showed up on time, worked from early morning till late in evening in order to prep the floor.
They finished all the sanding and removal of the rubber backing as well as all the new floor the first day and even applied the first coat of finish.
They worked efficiently and came back the next day to apply the second coat of stain/polyurethane to the floor and buff out the first coat.
They also finished all the show molding the second day and John came in to finish the carpentry projects.
John was easy to communicate with and kept me up to date either by phone or text messaging so I didn't have to track him down for status updates.
I'm a happy customer.
