It is a pleasure for me to write this review. My daughter and I heard this loud sound last night that came from the garage. "Oh no, one of the springs had broken." I had to get my neighbor to help me lift up the door to get my vehicle out so I wouldn't be trapped. The next morning I found Don't Panic Garage Door Repair online. I called and was fortunate to get Phil at 8 a.m. Talk about service! He was at my home by 9:30 a.m. Phil is very nice, professional, and genuine. What I also liked and appreciated was the fact that he gave me an estimate before I agreed to allow him to come to my house. The estimate was very fair based on the research I had done. He also fixed my keyless entrance pad that hasn't worked in 3 years. It's always refreshing to find honest people for any home improvement repair. Phil, at Don't Panic Garage Door Repair is that type of man. Even my daughter was happy about the door being repaired when she came home from school. She said, "wow Daddy, that was fast!" Thanks Phil for making me look like a Hero in my daughter's eyes which is priceless!

I called the repair company and he made it easy to schedule at my convenience. The installer was very professional and kept me in the loop as he figured out was needed to be replaced. He arrived on time and left the job clean. I would recommend the company to anyone I know. My wife and I were very comfortable with the installer and he was very polite and courteous.
