They did a great job. They were even able to fix one light that I was going to throw out. They saved me the money of buying a new light. The electrician used to work as a safety inspector so I was confident that he would make sure everything was wired correctly.

I spoke with Kemp on the phone multiple times as he helped me figure out the circuits we had and what the possibilities were. Our house is strangely wired, but because of where he's working (a half wall/bar in the kitchen) there was no possibility of running a new wire. We came to the conclusion that the circuit for the garbage disposal was already too loaded for the hot water dispenser, but an outlet on the other side of the wall could supply sufficient power. Therefore, they drilled a hole through the wall and extended that circuit through to beneath the sink. They mounted a box under there (albeit crooked) and mostly cleaned up their mess (they had squeezed me in between two other jobs and were now late for the next appointment). All in all a pretty good experience. There were very knowledgeable, courteous, honest, and friendly. Exactly the kind of people I like to hire.

The process of troubleshooting the previous installation was time consuming and he persisted until the job was done right. He was very fair about the way he priced the work.

These guys were great. I had 3 other electrical companies out and paid them all trip charges and each one said they couldn't be sure what the problem was and gave me estimates to repair (with no guarantees that it would be fixed) ranging from $600 to $1500. Kip Dickers and Tommy Bell came out and found the problem and repaired it in about an hour for $125. Their workaround solution has held up for over a year. These guys rock!

KEMP DICKERSON AND TOMMY BELL SHOWED THEIR HONESTY & VAST KNOWLEDGE OF THE ELECTRICAL BUSINESS WHEN THEY EXPLAINED TO ME HOW THE OTHER COMPANY'S HAD OVER-QUOTED ME ON UPGRADES THE HOUSE DID NOT NEED. IN DOING SO THEY SAVED US THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND THE HOUSE PASSED INSPECTION. THEY WERE TRUSTWORTHY ENOUGH TO LEAVE IN THE HOUSE WHILE WE WENT TO WORK. WHEN I MENTIONED A COUPLE OF ITEMS THEY FORGOT TO FIX, THEY CAME BACK IMMEDIATELY TO COMPLETE THEM.
