Dennis was excellent in showing up as promised and reviewing the property for estimate. He didn't come back with the estimate.

He is wonderful. I'm of two minds about recommending him, because I want him to have lots of work, but I want him to always be available for me. He occasionally hires people to help him. He is a gentleman of the old school, which is very nice. I'm very comfortable with having him here. He goes above and beyond the call of duty to be helpful. If he says he will be here at a certain time, he will be there by that time. He's very organized; he always stays on top of his providers. He runs a really organized schedule, which means that things happen when you expect them. He has been in the business for a long time. You get your money's worth with him.

He pays attention to the details. He helped me in the beginning on making a final plan without changing the footprint of the room. He asked all the right questions and we worked together well. He's been doing remodeling and carpentry work for years. He handled getting the electricians and painters. He gave me a written estimate and didn't stray from it unless I bought something more expensive. He was very up front about the cost. He cleans up every step of the way. He is very careful about my personal property.
