Property Appraisal
Horrible. We have been jumping through hoop after hoop. Spent $775 on appraisals and inspections trying to purchase this home. Now they have a better offer and told me I need a renovation loan 1 day before closing and they want to cancel the contract.
I have gotten FHA, FTC, HUD as well as many other Government agencies and lawyers involved.
