Showed up on the scheduled time, efficient, professional, and courteous. Installed aluminum exterior trim, removed old windows, and cleaned up the work area. Verified that there weren't any problems unaddressed before they left.

This is the second set of windows Joe and his crew replaced for me.  In a nutshell, there is no reason to look at another window replacement company, these guys are the best in service and value. Joe ordered the windows and within a week or so they were ready for installation.  The installation crew was great!  The windows were installed in the blink of an eye and there was not so much as a speck of dust remaining after the job.  The windows are unbelievable!  They have muffled sounds from outside and are much more energy efficient.  The price for the job was a deal.  Labor, capping of window exteriors and cleanup is all included in price.  So far I have used CRSI on two occasions for window replacement.  Eleven windows done and just a few more to go.  I give the highest recommendation to this company.

We rehired CRSI to finish the remaining windows on the back of the house. The work ethic and quality were consistent with the first time we had hired them. Competitively priced for excellent work.

We had CRSI replace the windows on the front of our home. Received estimates
from several other companies but felt most comfortable with CRSI. The other companies
we spoke with had a more corporate feel with "salesmen" versus CRSI where the owner
oversaw the project from start to finish. Fair price, great work, many compliments from
our neighbors.

Did a great job helping pick out color choices and describing the process. He was patient wit me during the bidding process and due to my extensive travel schedule. We shopped around for price and this was the best deal in town for simonton windows.

My husband and I were very impressed with the professional manner of Joe Tichenor.  Not only was he able to quickly give an approximate cost over the phone by asking specific questions about the size and shape of the window needing replacing, he promptly followed up with an email providing in writing all of the details we discussed by phone.  He also provided a link to information about the company from which he would be ordering the window.  We were impressed with the quality of the window which carries a lifetime warranty and is recognized by J.D. When Mr. Tichenor came to our home to obtain exact measurements before ordering the window, we were happy to find that his phone estimate had been accurate and the price exactly the same as he had quoted.  Though the price for the window was slightly more than the first estimate we received from another company, the warranty, window quality, and professional service demonstrated by Joe Tichenor's company made our decision easy to make.  
The process of removing the old window and installing the new one went extremely well with no problems or glitches. The new window fits perfectly and is very attractive.  We will definitely contact Mr. Tichenor's company in the future whenever we are need of his services again.  We highly recommend him to anyone who appreciates quality work with prompt, professional service.

We had CRSI come back out to replace the remainder of our windows. The new windows looked so amazing, we decided to have a more windows replaced and a sliding glass door. Joe was very easy to deal with and delivered as promised. So great to have Joe work with us; I can't emphasize enough the benefits of working directly with the owner. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work and the product.

I called around to several window companies. I wanted to replace my wood windows with vinyl. Joe came out to give me an estimate and was able to get back to me in a timely manner. He explained to me the benefits and the cost savings down the road by switching to vinyl. I am very happy with the product. The guys came out to install them, cleaned up and were out of there without being able to tell anyone was working there. I would highly recommend them.

We were very happy with the work that Joe and his crew did. Joe was pleasant to work with and the windows came in as ordered (we modified a couple of things) and Joe's crew cleanly and efficiently installed them. The guys were polite and easy to work with. They cleaned up after themselves and were done in a couple of days. I had gotten two other estimates, but Joe's bid came in far less than the other two. Before we used his company, I called 10+ references on a list of people who had used them. Had CRSI replace siding at the same time they did some window work.  Both jobs went great.  They showed up on time and completed the work within the time frame promised.  Quality of work and materials was excellent.

CRSI did an excellent job.  They are well known in our area because it seems like everyone uses them and everyone is very satisfied with their services.  They showed up as scheduled, did a quality job and they were very professional.  I would highly recommend them.

From the time Joe walked into my house to the time we shook hands after completion it was perfection, I could not have asked for more.
No Pressure Sales, just honest, straight forward, great product presentation, no hidden costs, excellent pricing.  Joe even had good things to say about some of his competitors.  Joe told me he had some of the best installers I the business and it showed when the installed the windows, punctual start, from that point it was amazing: 22 windows in one day, with no disruption, no damage and quality inspections throughout the process.  I can not say enough good things abut Joe and his team, Joe can use me as a reference anytime, Joe's next job perhaps next year will be to install Hardy Plank Siding on my house.  Joe and his team have an A+ rating with the better Business, Bureau and nothing but positive ratings thought out the Internet sites.  Additionally he provided at least two pages of previous Customer references, names and phone numbers.  Very few contractors in Georgia I recommend and he is one of them.

Fantastic.  Couldn't be more pleased with the quality.  Every promise made was met or exceeded.  I dealt directly with the owner, Joe,  and he is a man of his word.  They came in on budget and under the time promised.  He was also really patient around my new dog as well.

Joe was hands down our best consultation out of 4 different vendors. He took his time to explain and answer questions (but didn’t overstay his welcome). Windows he is selling and the demo of them (Simontin) is solid. He even spent the time to ponder some other issues we have with the house (which he could have “upsold” us on siding, but didn’t). Joe and team are honest, punctual, and absolutely know what they are doing. Complete pleasure to do business with and have already been recommended to others by us. These guys did a great job from start to finish. They showed up when they said they would. They offered a very fair price. They installed all ten windows in less than two hours. The window look great. I would highly recommend them.

From the very beginning of the initial quote process, Joe Tichenor was/is fantastic to work with.
We have a total of 25 windows to replace and Joe provided expert counsel for us. We decided to take a phased approach due to our uncertainty of wanting window grids in the front of the house and Joe recommended that we install a smaller number (5) of backyard facing windows without grids.  They simply look beautiful.
His crew were/are fantastic. I was amazed at how quickly they worked and the quality of the installation was perfect.
There were numerous competitors that we considered but we just felt "right" in going with CRSI and our gut feeling was correct.
We will definitely have CRSI complete the rest of the window replacements. I look forward to them coming back to our home.

I had CRSI replace my siding with fiber cement siding and replace all the overhangs with vinyl. 
I had used them previously for window replacement and expected great service.  They didn?t disappoint.   Couldn't have asked for a more efficient crew.  They were on time, very neat and clean and careful not to damage any landscaping.  They did an excellent job and just like with the windows, they beat everyone's pricing.

Joe Tichenor and his team at CRSI were recommended to us by a number of our neighbors who have replaced their windows. Joe was very professional from the start, spending time with us looking at a variety of Simonton windows. He is patient and so easy to work with, returning calls immediately, answering all of our questions, and visiting the job site on a number of occasions during the installation to make sure everything was running smoothly. He does not have the typical salesman personality so we never felt pressured by him and he worked with us to save money wherever it was possible without losing the quality of the windows that we wanted. We were also very impressed with Danny King, who installed all of our windows in two days with his two man crew. The capping around the windows was perfect, so we had him cap the chimney trim and two outside doors as well.  He installed a large palladium window over our front door and it looks beautiful. He really does strive for perfection and this shows in the quality of his work. His crew was friendly and professional and the clean-up was spotless. Both Joe and Danny encouraged us to call them if we had any future problems with the windows or capping. We were extremely happy with CRSI and would highly recommend them for replacing windows in the future.
