"Thank you for your business and for your review!"
"We very much appreciate your business and your review! Thank you."
"Ines, We are very sorry to hear you are not happy I know when the job was completed, you paid us in full and we apologized for the poor behavior of the install crew. As I've told you, that crew is no longer employed by our firm. So again, our apologies for that poor behavior. In regards to the rust that keeps appearing on your stone, it has been cleaned and removed twice by our company, at no cost to you, even though we don't warranty stains on patios. Nothing in the cleaning solutions we used would create rust. We have confirmed this with our stone supplier as well as the company that makes the cleaning solution. I'm certain the rust is coming from something in your yard; whether it be hard water, some sort of chemical on your lawn, or perhaps roofing material shedding during heavy rains. In any case, it is not something we cover. I am sure there is plenty of cleaning companies that could help you, but we can not continue to work for free. We have already cleaned it twice and removed all of the rust at no cost to you. Signed Joe, owner."
"This project was installed, completed and paid for over 18 months ago (May of 2018). While it is always our intention that every client have a great experience with our company, it is not always possible and we are certainly sympathetic to that. Mr. Barker has several issues going on in his backyard that need to be addressed. First, his neighbors have a very large tree that shades the portion of his yard in question. It provides too much shade for the grass to flourish and it has caused the grass to thin and die off. This is causing a large portion of his drainage issues. Second, the area in question sits at the base of a large hillside and holds all the water that sheds off the hillside and down into the lower yard. Third, because Mr. Barker runs a Doggie Day care out of his home, he has refused to use traditional means of fertilization to ensure the continued vigor of the yard. Obviously having 10-15 dogs using the grass everyday for their bathroom and playtime needs, also doesn't help. Lastly, he lives in an area where there is a large portion of bedrock. We brought in dirt to raise the ground level but this doesn't allow the water to drain as quickly as it should and makes the area hold water. Mr. Barker never retained our services, nor paid us for any drainage work. We did have discussions about potentially coming out and helping him with his issue and sharing the costs, however in light of the reasons above and ongoing Covid concerns, we decided not to engage in contracting for additional services. There were some concerns on whether we would actually be paid for the work, so we passed. The repair work would have been quite a bit under the minimum of what we normally do and we thought it would be best for him to hire someone better suited to repair his problem. I think because we chose not to work with him, he's upset and has decided to try and shame us into helping him. It's unfortunate. We run an honest company and try to shoot straight with people. It is always very painful to receive these types of reviews, but when a client demands more then we can provide, we have no choice but to walk away. He actually suggested in a letter to us, that we pay to have his neighbors tree removed. I'm not sure how that would have even made sense to him. I can only install the product and recommend how to care for it, but 18 months later, it's about a year outside of warranty and it has clearly not been properly cared for."
"Lorraine, Thank you for your business and the high rating. Our apologies for the lack of follow up. These times during the COVID 19 pandemic have put quite a strain on our company since we've had to run on skeleton crews, but following up and reviewing work is something we do usually. Glad you're happy with our crew and our work. It was nice working with you."
"Mr. H, Thank you! We appreciate it."
"Thank you, Tammi, it was a pleasure."
