from start to finish the entire creative closets team was so professional and did an outstanding job with my new closet system. I researched top name providers and ultimately decided that creative closets was the right solution for me. The listened to my needs and developed a solution within my budget parameters. I am so pleased and would highly recommend creative closets to anyone looking for a top of the line closet system. The sales rep, design team, owners and installation team were all outstanding. I even went to their showroom and saw the production line. So impressed. Two words -- CLOSET LOVE!!!

Victoria asked the right questions to help us determine what would work best for us. Our project was smaller than most probably - but you would never know it by the way she treated us. We highly recommend Victoria and Creative Closets!!

CC's consultant came out and measured and made detailed notes on all of the specifications.  When the installer arrived several weeks later, he informed me that two of the cabinet doors wouldn't open enough to slide the drawers out.  Thus, he had to take the doors off of the cabinet and reverse them, which makes them look a little strange, and they open in the other direction. I also had to restain the whole cabinet since the hardware on the cabinet doors left unstained places when he switched the doors.  Further, my drawers were not supposed to have wood dividers that are not removable, but four of the drawers had them.  Finally, most of the drawers were supposed to have plastic adjustable dividers, but the installer didn't have any of those.  
The installer was friendly and apologetic, but his excuse was that "the paperwork goes through a lot of hands and these things happen."  Lame.  I will say that the drawers seem to be very high quality, and they look nice.  Some of them don't slide out very easily.  I am hoping they will loosen up over time.  
While the installer was here, I asked him to take measurements for two simple shelves that I wanted to add to an existing bookcase.  The company called me today to say that they were going to "take a pass" on making the shelves since they didn't make the original bookcase.  One would have hoped that they would have gone the extra mile since there were problems on the original installation.  Disappointed overall with the experience but I do like the drawers.

Designer and installers were always punctual and flexible with my own schedule. Designer -Sally - was excellent in her creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to adjust plans as often as I requested. There were a couple of minor problems that we noticed shortly after the install, but the president of the company responded to my concern personally and immediately. Everything was resolved quickly and at my convenience. This company obviously takes pride in their work and has excellent work ethic. I have since referred them to two friends who have used them and been equally as pleased.

Creative closets was a great experience from start to finish.  Tracy was my designer and she drew a very functional, organized, beautiful closet.  She really listened to my needs and incorporated those into the design.  The installer was fast and efficient.  I was very happy with the overall outcome.  Their prices are very competitive.

Could not be happier with the overall service and end result of the job. Dana was great to work with from start to finish. We got 3 or 4 quotes that were all in the same neighborhood and choose to work with Dana based on responsiveness, reputation, and comfort in the quality of work. Would not hesitate to recommend.

The whole process was easy from start to finish with no hitches at all.
