Craig Miller

My family is new to Atlanta. When searching for someone to tune the piano that we had brought with us,  an acquaintance of ours who is a pianist recommended Craig Miller.  Mr. Miller returned our call within a day, and we were able to schedule a tuning the next week. He gave us an accurate quote over the phone.  He arrived promptly, was courteous, and got right to work, finishing in about an hour. Because of the extra work involved in extracting some coins that were stuck in the lid mechanism (thanks to our toddler), he added a modest extra charge, which we thought was very fair.  He also got our email address to send us reminders about future tunings. The piano sounds great.

He has been in business for several years. I have used him since 1994 and he is great. He called me to see if I needed his services again. He is connected to a university. He is very professional and a piano specialist. I told him that I was going to purchase a new piano and he advised me not to purchase a new piano. He said to just to fix a few things and it will be great.
