Excellent. I can not give enough praise about the service I received. David Craig is the owner and operator of Craig Maintenance, Heating and Air. My husband saw his truck driving around and gave him a call. We had a broken unit on one side of the house and another very old unit on the other side. Our gas bills were outrageous. David Craig came out, walked me through what was wrong and explained that it would be more economical to replace the unit than to fix it. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest and hardworking. As a young company, he is very eager to make his business work. He is enthusiastic about heating and air and loves to explain it all to you. My husband asked me to get a couple more quotes. "Salesmen" showed up and quoted me as much as $13,500 for the same job, SAME equipment! My husband was concerned that he would not be legit at the price he quoted. He came back, sat with myself, my father (engineer that has a good working knowledge of heating and air), and my husband and explained everything to us, including his costs. I could tell he was going to do a good, honest job. I hired him, he showed up and finished when he said. He has called several times to make sure everything is working correctly.
