Overall, each and every service solved my problems. My brother is quite computer savvy, and tried to solve some of them, but couldn't. Some seemed obscure, but Mr. Erwin figured them out. Recently he advised me to switch from Norton to McAfee for security, because I complained about slow speed. It turned out that Norton was hijacking the computer to do its bidding, and left me with little control or speed. The switch solved those annoyances.
Description of Work: I have used this service several times in the last 2 yrs. Different problems: a worm, running slow; needed reliable back-up, a program suddenly not working, needed a router; other irritating hang-ups. He killed the worm, installed as second hard-drive and programmed my computer to back itself up every week, added memory, re-installed faulty program, installed a router, and figured out and solved other minor hang-ups. Only once did he have to take my computer to his shop for 2 days. The other times, he fixed it in my home (my preference.) He made many helpful suggestions to improve the speed and the work that I do on my computer.
