I took in my Verizon tablet since it would no longer charge. I was told the connection needed to be replaced and they would have it in about 5 days. I picked the tablet up on Thirsday, paid $100, took it home and plugged it in. When I finally got a chance to use it on Monday the battery was dead and the charging light was not on. I took the tablet back to Computer Zone and told them it was still not charging. The tech that repaired it told me that after he 'fixed' it the charging light was not coming on but it was still charging the battery (this is impossible). He also told me that when I first brought it in he found another problem with the board and the whole thing would have to be replaced for about $500. If they were unable to fix the problem the first time why was I charged $100 and given an item that was not going to work?

They offer outstanding service. They offer computers, lap tops, and desk tops. The people that fix your computer are awesome people and know what they are talking about. It's a good value for the dollar. I've never seen them go over 3 days in turning over a repair. I feel very comfortable in the place for the value, service, and have referred them to my friends. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.

I took my laptop in for an assessment after I spilled on it. The assessment was completed promptly, and I was told I needed a new keyboard. I told them to go ahead with replacing it. This was also performed in a reasonable amount of time. The problem I had was that when I picked it up and took it home, I could not connect to the internet. When I called, the person on the phone was apologetic that we could not fix it with her troubleshooting ideas, and I took it back. I was told that they would have to look at it again for no charge. OK. When they contacted me, they told me it was fixed, but when I went to pick it up, it turns out that there the problem really couldn't be fixed and I would be stuck with dodgy reception. If this part of the problem had been diagnosed at the first assessment, I probably would not have paid for the new keyboard.

CZmarietta.com is where I found Computer Zone. I went in on a Monday afternoon with a Big Problem and pick up a well running back to normal computer on Tuesday afternoon. It was all good and they are my new I.T dept. ...

In the past they have come to my home and have done troubleshooting for me. I have used Computer Zone for about four years now and I really think they are great. I think that he charges about $100 an hour when he comes to my house, but he has been very patient with me and has has given me extra time at times. He is very good with people that are computer illiterate. I always keep a running list of questions and problems for when he does come over.

If you do not want to go on-line and order parts on your own, this is the place to use in this area. My son knows more about computers than I do, but this is where we send his PC and they do a good job. They are kind of a one stop shop for all your computer needs. They do not overcharge you and they work quickly to get your computer back to you in good working condition. We like them a lot.

I rebuilt a desktop computer (except for case and power supply), but it would not boot. It would not display error codes and just had one bios beep code. Computer Zone just charged for one hour of labor, and they found that I had switched one of the 9 motherboard screws and caused a grounding error. We only had to wait about one day for the turnaround. Before rebuilding, I had stopped there to buy a few anti-static bags to hold the components that would be spare after the rebuilding, and they gave me those for free, even though I had never been a customer before. Their shop has mostly mid-level components for sale (as opposed to super-cheap junk and bleeding-edge super-expensive components). They do close in late mid-afternoon for lunch - so, call for the day's hours to avoid going there when they've locked-up the shop. I was generally impressed with their attitude and technical expertise.
