Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Very pleased with responsiveness. They came out when we couldn't reach our regular service provider and our A/C was not working at all and it was a Saturday. Truly appreciate that, but feel we got taken advantage of with the price. They did quote that the service call would be a minimum of approx $140 but I feel the $500 is excessive for the work performed and the parts provided. A dual run capacitor is less than $50, not sure of the filter cost but that leaves labor of nearly $300 after the minimum to diagnose. They also did not detail out the costs on our invoice so did not break out labor and materials. Just a total of $500 and description of "replaced defective dual run capacitor and air filter. cleaned condenser coil and checked refrigerant pressure O.K."
