With real-estate agents, it is important that they know real estate laws, and that they negotiate appropriately on your behalf. Our real-estate agent was really on the ball. I had quite a few problems, but she was very tenacious, and was able to get things done. She was very responsive. As the buyer, I didn't pay her anything. I would use her again.
