They didn't bury the line deep enough, but it's too much trouble to have them come back out and tear it all up.

The irrigation piping ended up breaking in early 2014, which caused hundreds of dollars in excess water bills.  My mother's water bill went from about $25 a month to over $300.  We called Cobb Irrigation Systems first to investigate the issue.  When we called the owner, Ed O'Brien, he came out but did nothing.  However, Ed gave us a $95 bill stating he had made a generic repair to our water line that he did not make.  Ed's intent with charging us the $95 is that we could then go to our city water department and deceitfully state the water line had passed testing for leaks.  This deceitfulness would then allow my mother to be relieved from a significant amount the water bill charges.  Instead, we called the city, had them come out, and they discovered Ed's company had improperly installed the water line back in 2010.  We called Ed back to explain all of this and he laughed at me and said he had no interest in helping me or my mother.  At this time my mother is liable for all of these excessive water bill charges.  We just want other people to know of this situation, especially seniors, before ever looking to hire Cobb Irrigation Systems or work with Ed O'Brien.

Cobb Irrigation did a great job with our sprinkler system. They came out after a landscaping job to check all our units and made sure they were hitting the proper areas. They also fixed pipes and nozzles at their visit. They arrived at a timely manner and did a good job.
