Besides being a generally nice guy, Alec has done the best carpet cleaning of anyone we have used in the past. He paid particular attention to several spots that had been spot cleaned before and made the stains disappear completely. He even offered to return at no cost if I found something that he missed in the first go-round. I did come across a couple of stains close to the laundry area that were difficult to see, and he returned promptly to take care of these. He does a superb job!

great - it always does - have hired this company for years In order to understand cost - cleaned two room carpets (living room and bedroom) and 5 large area rugs Placed protection under all the furniture so carpet could dry and nothing from furniture would stain the rug

Alex the owner is fantastic-- and he does his own work! I cannot say enough about his services. He arrived on time and eager to please! It is so nice to meet a genuine, honest, and hard working individual. He worked extremely hard in getting the spots on the carpet removed. Alex called a week later to see if we were happy with his services. One of the spots was very stubborn, so he came back a few days later and tried something else. He even cleaned a small area rug for me (free of charge) during his visit. He also left a fan to help the carpet dry. I highly recommend his services. One of the nicest guys you will meet!

I had spilled coffee on my stairs. I worked on the stains myself with no success. This I almost new carpet. In a panic, I called Alec on Saturday and he scheduled me for Monday. Alec arrived as scheduled and kept me posted when he was on his way. He also cleaned the carpet in my husband's home office - this was not new carpet! The stains were removed and the office carpet looks new! Alec is a terrific guy and very personable. Did a terrific job and I am looking forward to having him clean my area rugs and upholstery in the near future.

I had used Alec years ago but with caring for an elderly parent I let things go a little too long and was long overdue for a carpet cleaning. This is an older home with original carpet and although a good grade of carpet it has seen better days.
Alec was on time and did an amazing job on my two bedroom townhome cleaning all the carpets quickly and with great results.
He does a great job and has a great attitude and work ethic.
