It was a while ago and I think they did a great job. I must be satisfied. I think I had some stuff done last year and I am getting ready to have more done this fall. They are very reasonable. I gave them a B overall probably because I am really tough and don't hardly give out A's. They are very punctual. I would say they are really good. I think they did not realize that the cording on my sofa was silk so some of the colors came out, plus the fabric is old so I am not going to blame the whole thing on them. We had a little bit of bleeding of color and a little bit of wearing on the cording of the sofa.

The men who came to treat my carpet were very friendly & professional.
The first application of their Pert product did not work. The bad pet odor (from the home's previous owner) remained.
I called and they came back a second time.
The second application did not work at all either.
After two applications it was as if nothing at all had been done to alleviate the odor problem.
No one from the company called me to check on the final results of their service.

I was the person that called you to follow up the first cleaning and scheduled the re service. During this time I lost 2 of my customer service representatives leaving us very shorthanded. Unfortunately we didn't follow up the re service as we normally do. We have had good success with PURT (the pet treatment) and I'm not sure what caused it to be ineffective. Regardless, the objective was to remove the odor and it wasn't removed. Please understand that this is an anomaly and I will gladly refund your money. We have been in business since 1985 and strive to deliver excellent service. I appreciate your patience and wish we had been able to resolve this in a different way."

"I know this report is over 7 years old but I am returning to the company after 7 years at another job. I wanted to respond to this report because I understand your concern about service offerings. Our phone quotes are for basic cleaning within the realm of carpet cleaning only (not pet damage) are inclusive. We feel it's important to offer our clients additional services such as protectant and santizer that the technician believes will benefit the client. This allows our customers to make educated decisions about maintaining their carpeting. Perhaps we can do a better job of explaining this to our clients. Thank you for your comments. I would like to state that our franchise (Chem-Dry Atlanta/East Cobb owned by Stu & Robyn Smith) has been in business for over 27 years. As the Chem-Dry cleaning system has evolved over the years, we have continually upgraded to use the state of the art processes and solutions. Chem-Dry Atlanta/East exclusively uses the CTS Hot Carbonating Extraction truck mount method of cleaning. Those reading this can be assured that extraction not buffers are used."
