They neglected to refill the radiator with coolant and when i left the lot the thirty minutes later the car overheated and the engine was destroyed. The owner refused to take any responsibility. I had to get it replaced for about $4500 at another shop.

Overall, it went ok. Juat make sure that the location that you are calling is the same loation where your car will received the work. If the car is being towed to a different location, customer should be made aware upfront.

Excellent!!!!
I'm a DIY guys when it comes to car and home. Back in March I was working on replacing a stablizer bar on the front end of my 1997 4Runner. This is actually a simple task, the problem I ran into was rust had made 1 of the bolts impossible to remove. I needed tools I didnt have. I took it to a local shop and ask for help expecting to be charged $50 for the time. When I brought the 4runner into Certified they put my 4 Runner on a lift and remove the rusted bolt. Cost--- $0 They did not charge me because it was obviously such a simple thing for them to do. This alone has earned my loyalty as a customer, it was obvious that point that these guys were not there to make a quick buck and knew what they were doing. 7 months later I needed my clutch replaced. They gave me a quote, explained the potenial additonal cost and knowing cars myself it all made sense. All said and done they did a fantastic job replacing my clutch and everthing that goes with it at the original quote. Bottom line these guys know what they are doing and have they the intergrity we all look for in a business.
