I appreciated the quick response, straightforward quote and service guarantee. Unfortunately, my original quote was increased due to unseen dry rot around my windows. The overall exterior paint looks good. After the final walkthrough I was told that finishing touches would be completed. Crickets

They showed up on time, did a good job. My only issue was when they put the storm windows back up, a couple were re-installed upside down and one of the panes was cracked from the handling. It was several weeks after the job that I noticed it, so I changed out the storms myself. On the upside, I requested that all the storm windows be reinstalled with new SS screws, and they did that at no extra charge.

In my case it was great that I was at home the entire time while the painting was done, my supervision was minimum as the crew that did my house was GREAT!!!! they did an excellent job and the very very few things I pointed out the took care of it immediately. I was extremely happy with the final product I am glad I paid a reputable company to take care of the exterior painting of my house.

Not well at all. Getting the quote was easy and pleasurable. We got quotes from five companies and decided on CertaPro based on the quote and service we had received so far. The quote was for one coat of paint. I spoke with the salesperson prior to the job about the need for a second quote, which was an additional cost. I was assured that since the colors we chose were close to the original, one coat would be sufficient. On the day of the painting, all of a sudden, two coats were needed at an additional $1000, which we ended up agreeing to. The paint job was done extremely quickly, since rain was forecast. I did express concern that the paint wouldn't cure prior to the storms. We were called about payment and pressured to pay over the phone without having adequate time to inspect the final job. I stated this to the company, as I hadn't had time to see the house in the daylight since I leave for work in the dark and had long days that week, and it was raining. At any rate, we paid the bill, still trusting the company. Once the wet weather passed, I noticed that the metal roofs were streaky. When I contacted the company, I was told they were happy to add another coat for an additional $110. To say the least, we feel that we were quoted a more reasonable price as compared to other companies, but in the end, ended up getting billed more and ended up paying just as much as our highest quote. I feel tricked and would not recommend CertaPro of Marietta to anyone.

They do great work. But the guy who runs the crew is a little wordy. He'll talk to you to death, as if you don't know anything. It is a great price.
