We called Bruce on Sunday and he came out as promised on Monday morning. He found the break in the pipe, replaced it with pipe that was to code, waterproofed the area which the original builders didn't do and refilled the area with dry dirt. He should me what he was doing each step of the way, explained why the break happened and answered all of my questions. Great guy to work with and very careful inside my house. He's a perfectionist which I want in a plumber!
