Run from this company. They accused my wife of talking inappropriately and all she did was ask questions as I was listening the whole time. My elderly mother also told them she said nothing wrong. Plus the diagnosis was totally wrong as they said there was no Freon in the system but was actually full and one of the two systems was working correctly. They don’t even come to your house dressed professionally. He showed up wearing a tshirt. How was she threatened over two women and one is elderly. Really.

We hired Breezeway to run all new duct work on a gut renovation where we removed an existing fireplace. The plans clearly showed this. There was no fireplace in the home at the time of quoting or at the time of the work being done. On the first cold night of the year, our heat kicked on and immediately filled our entire home with carbon monoxide. Thank God, our detectors were working and at 1am we were alerted to extremely high levels of carbon monoxide in our home. We got our children out and went to stay with my parents. The next morning, Breezeway came out and realized that they did not check to see where our HVAC exhausted (this is THE NUMBER ONE RULE OF DUCT INSTALLATION) and the exhausted was venting directly into our home via the old fireplace in the crawlspace. It was determined that the ONLY way to fix this issue was to purchase two new furnaces for our brand new home. We asked for Breezeway to pay for the furnaces because we would not have needed them at all if they would have done the work correctly in the first place. They responded to our request saying “you should find a different HV/AC company, this is not our responsibility.” After hearing that, I decided to have two other HV/AC companies inspect the work and tell me their thoughts. Both agreed that it was 100% Breezeway’s responsibility. They both also found NUMEROUS other issues with the way that our ductwork was installed. Pipes that were connected to nothing, pieces of duct falling apart, tape coming off, basically a giant mess in our crawlspace. They both quoted fixing all of the issues created by Breezeway and both quotes came in at $10,000. (SHOCKING considering we paid Breezeway close to this much for all of the work they did incorrectly). Upon learning this, I called the city and had them come inspect the crawlspace. They verified everything we were told by the other HVAC company and also verified that the initial checking of the exhausted was ONLY Breezeway’s responsibility. I then sent Breezeway another, very kind, carefully worded e-mail telling them that we have verified their responsibility in this and asking them one last time to fix it. They ignored my email. Then, I sent another threatening to sue them (which ultimately we decided not to do because of the stress involved in a lawsuit) and they ignored us again. Fortunately, we are in the financial place to be able to pay for all of these repairs- but Breezeway put our entire family at risk of carbon monoxide poisoning AND didnt even run the ductwork properly- and then became non-responsive and left us to pay for the repairs ourselves. I am sharing this in hopes that it saves you from working with a company like Breezeway.

This is the second time Damien has come out to do repairs at our house. He is AWESOME! He is very knowledgeable and fair, and he did a great job. I will call him every time I need HVAC work done. Highly recommend Breezeway and Damien.

Damien quickly located the issue and cleverly produced an excellent solution with wiring in the attic.

We were referred to the provider through our home warranty and were extremely pleased with the professionalism Michael displayed before he came out and during the visit. He quickly identified the issue and fixed it on the same day. He worked around my schedule and showed up when he said he would. We will definitely call on him again if we have additional issues.

They were having a hard time because it is the worst time of the year for AC's to go down and then to know these guys are overloaded but this guy was nice. I could text them and he would send me something back and then when I got home on Monday evening, three people were there putting in my AC and it was done. I had a Carrier top of the line AC. Their promptness and communication stood out the most to me. They are just very responsible. The communication is good and price is good and they did a good job. They were ahead of time.

Just bought house and although furnace worked prior to closing, it broke down about 3 weeks after moving in. So much for trusting seller who had it "inspected and serviced" it was dirty and falling apart. Reggie from Breezeway came out as this started out as a warranty claim to have heater repaired. I asked him of his honest opinion of the entire unit, evaporator coil and condenser. He pointed out the problems with each and also showed me the dates they units were made---1990! I asked for his opinion and he explained the furnace can be replaced, but with the age of the other components, they will probably fall apart one by one.
We decided to have the entire system replaced. Reggie was upfront with his quote and we set up a date for furnace replacement. Michael and Scott came out when they were supposed to and installed the entire system in the time they said it would take---abou 4-4-1/2 hours.
Any questions I had were answered honestly and respectfully. I even spoke with Michael at their home office concerning the installation. Everyone I came in contact with was honest and professional. I would recommend them to anybody.
