John was very punctual and efficient, getting all of the work done in a single day. John has done several projects for me in the past. When I find a problem, he often asks me to send him photos of the problem via email. After reviewing the photos, he can often diagnose the problem and estimate what parts he will need to fix it. This helps cut down significantly on the time it takes to get repairs completed. Most importantly, John provides estimates that are in touch with reality, both in terms of time and cost.
