Make a smart decision, learn from my mistakes and stay clear of this contractor. I hired this company to re-roof an investment property. The cost of the job came out to be close to $1750 more than their estimate. They hired random workers off the street to do work on the roof that ended up getting injured and causing a great liability. They left over $1500 worth of the roofing material outside for over 3 days in a high crime and high theft area when the roof was supposed to be ?put on and taken off in the same day?. Left property damaged and equipment in the home for over 4 weeks after completion. Left the grounds dirty and full of debris and nails. Removed gutters without authorization which ended up costing an additional $750. After 30 days of having the new roof put on it started leaking. Took the contractor at least a week to repair roof when I had to pay to paint the large stain in the ceiling. Another 30 days passes and the roof leaks again in the same spot. When asked to repair the roof and paint the ceiling for the second time contractor no longer returns calls has failed to deliver and does not remedy the problem. Roof has a one year warranty, but as they say ?a warranty is only as good as the company or person behind it.? Contractor no longer returns calls, does not deliver services as promised, hires uninsured and unlicensed workers off the street, and does not conduct themselves in a professional businesslike manner.
