The Techs were on time and finished the job in about two hours. The house had settled  about 1/2" or so and the door was difficult to remove and had to be altered slightly to replace the door back into the track. No extra charge for this. The Techs were very professional and I would recommend this company to others for their glass needs.

It was the honesty of this company that makes me put in a report here. I had a sudden leak coming from my windshield. My mechanic recommended this firm, I called them and they asked if I thought I needed a new windshield or a "repair" of the seal/glue etc around the existing windshield. I treat my vehicle(a '94 F-150 pick up)as my "baby" and said I'd pay for a windshield if necessary. I showed up on time, they took the truck straight away and five minutes later the workman called me into the workshop and showed me exactly where the old seal had failed and actually URGED me not to spend the money on a new windshield. $45 worth of glue and maybe 40 minutes later I was on my way. Not many companies these days would say "you don't need to spend $300 on a windshield-we'll fix it for $45". If they'd said "yeah, you need a new windshield", I'd have paid up. To have the worker and boss say "no, you don't need to spend that" was highly refreshing. Made me trust them. I would be a return customer in a heartbeat.

The man who came to make the measurements was very courteous and punctual. Getting my quote was complicated because I was out of town for a few weeks and apparently missed the message. When I called back after returning to get to my quote, the rep who handles quotes simply did not return my call. This time I was careful to check. After more calls, I got my quote from a different rep. When the installation man arrived with my windows, he was a few minutes early (yeah!). My original windows had been glued in with a powerfully and inappropriately permanent glue. They were very difficult to remove. He succeeded with minimal damage to the frames. Sadly, one window had been measured incorrectly, so another two days passed (they put in a temp during this time), and a new guy (also courteous and punctual) finished the work and cleaned up the area nicely.

They did everything they were supposed and they stayed in the price range that they gave me, which I really appreciated it. I thought they did a good job and I would recommend them to others.

Binswanger was the only company of the 3 we contacted that would replace the glass with a matching piece. (The others wanted to put in plain clear glass.) However, the pattern had to be custom made and was very expensive. It took 2 tries to get it right - mostly right actually. When the 1st attempt did not match well, I called to let them know (even though I was willing to pay - but leave as an unhappy customer). They did not hesitate to say that they would do the job over for no additional cost. I appreciate that.
