I love my new kitchen. Jim's estimates were right on, and he always asked me whether I wanted to "upgrade" something or not, informing me of the price difference. Jim's work was impeccable, and his friendly, professional demeanor was much appreciated. He came back for a number of touch ups after the fact. I enjoyed working with him so much that I also hired him to renovate my driveway (expanding it and adding brick walls).
