I signed a contract with him on May 4. May 9, the house went on the market. May 10, I signed a contract for the full sales price. The house closed on June2. The entire process far exceeded my expectations as I did not have to do anything to get the house ready for sale. I could not be happier.

Going well. In the process of getting my home listed. Very professional.

I found Christy Sparkmans ability to work with me across the country a wonderful experience. She was extremely helpful with every question I had and was upfront and honest with every minute detail I had. I would recommend her services and want to say it was a pleasure working with someone with her knowledge and years of experience. The only problem I had was transportation from the airport but I ended up renting a car and everything seemed to work out after.

I really like her. I have referred her to several people. She is very thorough and organized. She is very good. It doesn't matter what priced home you are looking for, she gives her 100%. I also had her help me buy a home for my brother which was a year ago and she helped my neighbor too.

Barbara and Elaine work as a team... they compliment one another's strengths (I don't see any weaknesses). The are like pit bulls making sure that their customers get what is rightfully theirs. They are extremely ethical. I would use them again, but I sure hope I dont' buy a new house anytime soon.
