I met with Dr. Chappell, and was very helpful and courteous. I felt he was thorough, and patient in answering all of my questions. The price was discounted, because I had a coupon.

I pay like a monthly fee for like a membership, or a pet plan. The vet interacts real good with my pet. The wait time is just a few minutes because you have an appointment.

The pet care plan includes routine physicals, shots, and 1 dental treatment each year. It also includes discounts for pet food, medications and other stuff sold by PetSmart.

She is on a wellness plan. What they do is charge you a certain amount a month and see the dog a few times during the year so you don't have to pay two or three hundred at one time. They spread it out over a year. They are always on time. It is charged to your credit card automatically every month. I didn't realize they were part of Angie's List. I went to them because they are very close to my house located in the Pet Smart right inside the store.

They have a year program so you pay for the whole year and you can take him whenever you need to. It includes all of his annual shots and any kind of emergency care.They are open 7 days a week, which is one of the things that we like. If you have the plan you can take them anywhere and you don't have to buy the insurance at the kennel or anything because it is an insurance policy for them. I have a tiny Yorkie and he is tiny and adorable and they don't have to wrestle around. This last time because they know me and him, I was able to just drop him off and pick him up later. We were going out of town and it was nice to just have him get taken care of.

Dog has missing legs and requires special care. Laura is up to the task and genuinely likes the dog -- does a fabulous job.

The price is very good and reasonable.

The grooming was a separate operation and it was not involved with the veterinarian at all. I would not be using them again in the future as I thought that they were probably overpriced. They took my dog in when I went there and groomed him but the grooming was not as I had expected. It was not totally appropriate for the breed of dog that he was. I was not totally happy with them and I would not be using them again.

The cost was average and they are very professional. I would recommend them because they saved my cats’ lives.

They were very, very compationate and knowledgeable. They saved my cats life. He wouldn't eat and move. They rehydrated him. They couldn't find what was wrong. Finally they ran a lead test and found out he had lead poisoning. It was a bit pricey but well worth it.
