This was our second leaky pipe. Ball Plumbing replaced the pipe at a much lower cost than the previous plumber and it took him much less time to do it.

Only plumber I've used for over fifteen years. When the water heater developed a leak, I thought of Ball immediately, and called late Saturday afternoon on a holiday weekend. He called back within about a half hour, willing to come over right then, but did not have access to a quality replacement until Tuesday, so we agreed to wait until then. He was on our doorstep FTAM and did his thing. He has a quality focus, has given me free advice more than once, and doesn't mind if I watch. I don't believe he charges extra for that.
