Avalon was doing some work on my neighbors house and Chris stopped by mine to drop off some information. I let him know that a ton of roofers had been by already in my neighborhood, he was not pushy at all. About six months later I called him up and asked for an inspection, very knowledgeable. The next step was meeting with the insurance adjuster, Chris was there, very helpful getting past that process. Then when the work was to be done, very quick tear off and putting up of the new roof. The best part is that Chris isn't just going around selling roofs, he was on site 85-90% of the time. Very responsive to details, a piece of hardie plank was barely broken when some roof decking was replaced. at first the roofing crew repaired it, and it looked good. Chris subcontracted it out to a carpenter to redo it and paint the wall. In summary the non pushy salesmanship, being on site, and attention to details are what set Avalon apart
