Very professional company. David Bishop was prompt, courteous and efficient on providing an estimate and walking me through the choices I had to make. The crew came when they said they would come and when the job was done they left my property as clean as when they had arrived. Part of my home is covered by a flat roof which had given me problems for nearly 30 years. When the crew pulled off the old roofing they found extensive wood rot which had not been anticipated in the original estimate. Sonny and I met and negotiated a fair price for the extensive reframing that was needed. I couldn't be happier with the way I was treated.

My Atlanta Roof responded to my inquiry very quickly and at a reasonably rate. I had to repair my gable shingles on one part of my roof to meet my home inspection needs. They were on the job right away after the estimate per my request. I was very pleased with not only their fixing of the damage and they showed me where another feared issue had already been addressed in a earlier repair, saving me some money. Bonus points for getting me my quote during Irma! The got me the photos and documentation of both before and after the repair and helped me get my inspection issues resolved. I highly recommend Rictor and his team.

The entire process went great! David Bishop gave us a detailed estimate on repairing our roof and on replacing our roof. Since our roof was already 18 years old, we decided to replace it. The Company stayed in close contact with us as to when and who would be at our house and provided phone numbers of lead workers. Sonny came and checked on things and answered questions both days that the workers were at our house. The workers cleaned up well and completed everything in 2 days and a couple hours. David came back to perform a final inspection and provided me pictures of all parts of the roof. The Company provides an excellent warranty, too. We would definitely use them again for all our roofing needs!

The process was described to me ahead of time by Rictor Vipond and everything was done exactly as was stated. They did an excellent job.

Not knowing what to expect when I started out looking for a company that would do the best workmanship and materials. It started by researching through the pile of reviews here at Angie's List and other companies. My goal was to narrow down the number to not more then 5 companies. Then started to interview them one by one, the process took over 2 weeks. My next step was to now narrow down the 5 to 2. It was Atlanta Roofing Specialist (ARS) and one other. When each was contacted, one called back within minutes. The professionalism shown by Rictor Vipond with ARS went beyond the normal. Rictor's presentation was on spot and when he was done all my questions were answered. He covered how the replacement would go step by step and came by several times to make sure everything was going as should. The crew that arrived the morning of the replacement was here on time, with all materials and the right number of workers, they were also longtime employees not day labors. When the job was completed Mr Vipond came to inspect that everything was completed as it was explained. ARS was not the least nor the highest price. Work was fine but I must admit that I was taken aback when I found out how much roof decking they claimed that needed replacing. It was a substantial amount.

It worked out just fine.

The process went very well -- the person who came out initially actually got on the roof to assess the damage; the office called weekly to update me on the estimated date my repair would be started; the roofers arrived on time and worked the entire day to complete the project; the final inspection also occurred on the scheduled date and the inspector again got on the roof.

We were very happy with Atlanta Roofing Specialists. They did a great job and the whole experience was a positive one. Rictor was very helpful in the initial review and was very thorough in his review of our home. He answered all the questions I had and left us with sample books and even a whole piece of shingle so we could get an idea of the color. The crew showed up exactly on time and managed to get everything done in a day and half. Before leaving they cleaned everything up and you'd never know they were there. Highly recommend.

Very well! I had used Atlanta Roofing Specialists in 2007 to replace the roof on my house. They did such a good job I called on them again in 2017 to reroof my garage. They are experts at what they do. Rictor Vipond was my estimator and also did the final inspection to make sure I was fully satisfied. Hiring Atlanta Roofing Specialists is one of the best choices you'll ever make for your home or business.

The whole process was smooth from beginning to end. Love the fact that this is a family owned business and was honest, punctual and did great work. My salesman Rictor answered all my questions and concerns and was always available if I needed him. I needed a full roof replacement and new gutters and he worked with me on everything from style, materials needed, and price.

Price was reasonable. I had no problems with them at all. They were professional. They came out like they said they would. They did the job when they said they would. They finished it in a day. They did a good job. I had no dislikes.

it went great. Mark Rutherford is always great to work with- strait shooter, responsive, genuinely cares about the team's quality of work. Anytime I have had a concern or issue, Mark has gotten back to me within a day if not hours. The team did a great job and seems to have rectified the issue. Highly recommend

Took a while to schedule but the work was excellent.

This company is on top of its game. I oversee our condo complex HOA and have had very little experience with roofers before this project. When we decided to replace the roofing, I was apprehensive after meeting with 3 companies who quoted very high prices and didn't take the time to meet with the board. Thankfully I came across Atlanta Roofing Specialists and they were phenomenal for multiple reasons:

- met with members of the board to discuss the process
- flew a drone over the roof twice to assess the issue
- affordably priced
- project supervisor called the day of the project to ensure we coordinated everything smoothly and was always responsive to my calls/messages within minutes
- completed the job faster than they quoted
- they left our driveways, decks and yard cleaner than when they started

They far exceeded our expectations! The crew worked harder than any I have ever seen and cleaned up the work site so well you would never even know they had been there. Our roof changed the whole appearance of our home and gave it lots of curb appeal. I am very happy with the recommendation on color and the type of shingle that would look best on our style of home.  We were given time to decide from many colors and different types of shingles, but the color and type we chose was the exact one we were shown in the estimate that we kept coming back to. Our neighbors have stopped by to compliment us on our new roof! These guys really know roofing!
The gutters work perfectly and we are so happy they will not have to be cleaned out since the roof is very far off the ground! They kept in contact through the whole job to keep us informed of when they would be at our home and when the work would be completed. Their office staff was very professional and helpful with answers to any questions we had and always delivered what was promised. We will certainly use this company again in the future and recommend them to all of our family, friends, and neighbors!

They are a little expensive, but they do high quality work. One of the few companies that will properly hand nail shingles instead of using a nail gun.

They came and did the job quickly and left, they cleaned up after themselves. Once they finally set up the appointment, they got there when they said they would be. I think there were 2 guys that came and it took an hour. They were very quick and cleaned up after themselves.
