Very responsive - came the same day even though they had to go get parts. Technician fixed it quickly. Not cheap, but do very good work.

Very impressed! Good communication, very prompt, courteous and professional. The technician tried to resolve my problem. When the parts he tried did not work, he removed them and only charged for the service call.

I was not happy with his service. There was water standing in the bottom of my dishwasher. He did not explore as to why. He just told me that was normal and did no repair.

Ran the dishwasher several times to see if it leaked. Found it was not leaking. Original leak was probably coming from my next door neighbor's kitchen. Was glad I signed up for the special and quot;dealand quot; for $39.00!! He was in-and-out in a very expeditious manner. PROBLEM SOLVED.
