We were first time home buyers and were really looking for a thorough inspection. When we had found the Home we wanted and got under contract, he was available the very next day. He arrived at the property before we or the agent had. He took his time to explain everything in detail and answered all of the questions asked. He made the whole experience very comfortable for us. He was able to spot an issue with the AC unit immediately that the Sellers got fixed right away as it was a major health concern to them and their children. He found other concerns that we were able to get the Sellers to address which more than paid for the cost of the inspection. After spending the time with him through the inspection and getting his honest opinions, we now have a much better understanding of what to look for in the future.
We immediately received our electronic inspection report by email which made it very easy to simply forward our Agent. The report had clear color photos with detailed descriptions. This made it very easy to remember what we had looked at and to review with our agent. This made it very easy for our agent to draft up an amendment request for repairs to the Seller.
We will absolutely use Brian in the future and would highly recommend him. If we decide to sell our home down the road, we will hire him to inspect the home before we put it on the market. That way we know there won't be any issues that will scare away any buyers.
