 + 0 moreTHEY PROMISED ME CLOSE TO $200 IN CASH BACK REWARDS, WHEN I SUBMITTED IT; IT CAME BACK AS INVALID. I CAN'T GET ANYONE TO HELP ME, THEY JUST KEEP TRANSFERRING ME TO ANOTHER DEPARTMENT. I HAVE TALKED TO OVER SIX PEOPLE. MY INTERNET AND PHONE WORK FINE, BUT HAVING TO SPEND OVER TWO HOURS ON THE PHONE AND NOT GETTING MY PROBLEM RESOLVED MAKES DEALING WITH THEM A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Description of Work: HOME TELEPHONE INCLUDING LONG DISTANCE AND INTERNET SERVICE.
