I had an appointment window between 2:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. At 4:40 P.M. they called and my wife answered the phone. The person on the other end told her that they were at appointment capacity for the day. She said "let me let you speak to my husband." They hung up! I call the number back, no answer. Since they were contracted via Lowes, I called Lowes. The Customer Service Rep attempted to reach them; No Answer. I called their Corporate Customer Service and was told that the local office responsible for my service would call me back in 15 minutes; its been 50 minutes. A very unprofessional company that has no concept of customer service!

Did good work but after speaking with some other companies that called me back, they over charged by 50+%. 3850.00 and the tech was done in 3 hours. Over 1000.00 an hour seems insane. It might have been another 100-200 worth of materials. They made it seem like they were doing a lot more work than was actually done/needed. Basically they said you have to replace all the gas lines. So I thought that meant all the lines and the price was pretty fair. They had to replace 1 line for a total of maybe 30ft of pipe and they didnâ t even fix the wall were they cut the drywall to run the pipe. Agains at almost 4000 I figured they would at least do that.

John was pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained confusing pricing clearly. Efficient job at a fair price. Handled scope changes easily, same day water heater installation completed.

John was excellent, very knowledgeable and very helpful. He did everything needed to replace a 35 year old water heater and bring the new hot water heater up to code and explained everything to me.

Excellent service from this company. Master plumber John H. and his assistant came quickly, diagnosed the problem and clearly explained to us our options on replacements. Within a few hours, the new water heater was installed. What a relief!
