He was honest about doing the work. I needed a new pump which because of the age of dishwasher better for me to buy a new one. Professionalism got a C because he was in his own car and street clothes. I really did not know what company he was from...had to ask.

I had read a few recommendations for Nick from Around the House Appliance Repair and called him to fix my dryer. I spoke with Nick on the phone, but he sent out someone else. The man came just after the two- hour window, arriving at 3:08 and fixing the problem by 3:12. Lint and a small bag of catnip had fallen through the hole where the lint screen is and landed in a piece on the back of the dryer. He unscrewed the piece, reached his hand in, pulled out two handfuls of lint, and charged me $100. I thought he was kidding. Apparently, the housecall was $60, and the four minutes was $40. When I called Nick, I was told that I was lucky because they could have been dishonest and invented a problem or to charge me much more.

I'll keep it short: on time very personable honest great price I will use him again and I will recommend him to anyone who asks

I was able to talk to technician when I called. Appointment time was very soon after I called and he arrived on time. Was able to repair my dryer and then looked at a refrigerator I was complaining about and he came back a few days later with the parts and repaired. Was very delighted he went above and beyond to help

Both problems were quickly put to rights. He was prompt and courteous, as well as knowledgeable and everything went great. Definitely would hire again.

We called ATH to come out and repair our refrigerator. They did a good
job there so we had them repair an old refrigerator in the garage. Both
are working great now. Great service!

Nick was fast to respond to my initial request and to make an appointment to come and look at my refrigerator.  He was prompt, polite and knowledgeable.  He was able to replace my plastic line with a copper line that would last longer.  He wanted it to be done right even though it required him making another trip to my home.  I would recommend him to others.

He was very responsive to my questions, took initiative to offer other suggestions to make the life of the washer longer. The repair was done very quickly. Excellent price, it was the best price I had received.

The technician was professional, knowledgable and most importantly, honest! We now have ice again which is also nice. I will definitely call them again if we have another problem.

The next day Jason, another team member ,came out and took a look at the fridge. He took an inventory of the parts needed and said he was pretty booked the next couple of days but would pick up the parts as soon as possible and call to schedule the actual repair. They were very prompt in calling back to return. They price he estimated was the price he charged and he was very professional and quick.

The service was exceptional.  My fridge stopped working on Easter Sunday so  I called Around the House Appliance first thing Monday AM.  Josh was at my house by noon and the fridge was working again by 1:00 pm.  This was exceptionally important because we are selling our house and the appraisal was at 3:00 the same day.

I have an older used refrigerator in the garage that had water leaking in the refrigerator portion, freezing foods in the back of the refrigerator portion, and poor distribution of the cold. 

I called Nick this morning. He was pretty sure what it might be and gave me a ballpark estimate. It was not an urgent issue but he still had someone out here same day! The repair was fast and he explained the situation. Price was so reasonable!

It's sometimes hard to find repair people who are trustworthy but I trust these guys!

Both Nick and his repair person Josh were extremely nice, friendly and helpful.

This is one of the most positive repair events I've ever had as a homeowner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Easy to work with, very prompt.  Price was a little high.

Was a  rental hose and they were very good to keep in contact with me to let me know what was going on.

It went very well. It was just after the holiday and we came back from a trip and immediately started to wash our dirty clothes. I called and he came out right away. Determined what the problem was and fixed it quickly. He gave us tips on what to do to avoid problems in the future. The price was reasonable and he was so knowledgable about his trade so we asked him about replacing the oven door glass, which was cracked. He said a new glass had to be ordered. So he left and called us back the next day with a quote. His price was $100 less than a previous quote we has gotten. So we told him to order it. It was a few days later he called to say the glass had arrived. But we were going out of town again. So he just said to call him whenever we get back to schedule an installation date. That is exactly what we did. Again he came out, gave us a call about 20 minutes before he arrived. Put the oven glass in and it looks great. I love this guy, I've forgotten his name but I have his number. I would highly recommend him for any one living in the Marietta area in Cobb county.
