The rate was too high. Company would not negotiate the rate. Promised stellar results. I had two visits with marginal results if at a lower rate. Not what I expected for a higher cost. Extra requirements to justify a higher rate were not taken care of....weeds in beds, ivy control, and major cut back of bushes to make them smaller. Basically got mowed, edged, and blow with a little trim of overgrown bushes for a high price. Big weeds are still out of control as is ivy.. looks like something from Jack and the BeanStalk.
