Michael was the most professional and thorough home inspector which we have ever used. Had our very detailed report to us the following morning after finishing the inspection late afternoon the day prior. Could not ask for a better inspector. Highly recommended!

Called up this business a day after signing the contract and got an appointment next morning. 8:30am on-the-dot, Michael was waiting for me at the house with his tool belt and a big smile. Answered all my questions, explained everything he did (and what he couldn't do) in great detail. He was very thorough and documented every minor thing. Couple of hours later, I had a comprehensive report in my inbox. Here's a person who actually enjoys his craft and does an outstanding job. Don't think twice, call them up.

Michael came out to help us with home inspections not once, but three times, and each time we can say with certainty that he was nothing but helpful, early in arrival, and professional. His reports are approximately 50 pages long, detailing all the items he observes, pictures with arrows highlighting problems for the layman to understand, and noting in red the major issues that should be discussed with the seller or taken into strong advisement if you choose to move forward. The first home Michael inspected he identified issues that would total tens of thousands of dollars for us and we ended up walking away. In the home we ended up purchasing, Michael referred us to certain specialists which we brought out to give us estimates and advice on how to handle some of Michael's observations, which we used to negotiate some changes in the purchase price. He even followed up to hear what the specialists had to say as well so he could work to better improve his reports and recommendations in future inspections. We will most definitely recommend Michael's services to our friends and family in the area in need of a home inspection. Even our realtor was thoroughly impressed with him and I believe he will be recommending him to future clients as a result. No need to look up anymore inspectors - Michael has got everything covered.

Information provided in the inspection report identified the items for negotiation in the home price. Very thorough inspection and very detailed report. Would definitely recommend this service!

The team at American Home is very polite and professional; they function well with regard to appointment setting and clerical matters. Micheal personally confirmed the appointment with my Realtor who attended the inspection on my behalf as I am making the purchase long distance. Micheal was punctual and confirmed his arrival with me by telephone. The home inspection report was delivered in a timely manner, was very detailed with thorough explanations and photographs documenting each point. The Red Flag areas were summarized in a professional yet understandable way, the report was extremely well written potentially saving us THOUSANDS of dollars! The service was fantastic! Mr. Bronner is extremely knowledgeable. The inspection took several hours. I followed the entire time and he provided clear explanations on everything so that I understood what needs to be done. Later that day we received a 44 page report with pictures detailing everything. The report will be invaluable in dealing with contractors on the items I want to fix.

Major issues were discovered on first two properties that prompted us to terminate our contracts.

Michael Bronner exceeded our expectations. He spent 3 hours inspecting our home and then spent another hour giving us a verbal overview of his findings. He answered all questions clearly and completely. A day later we received a 41 page report, complete with highlighted photographs, that covered everything we talked about and much more. Michael has also been available since for a couple of phone conversations. We are proceeding with our renovations with new knowledge and confidence.

We are thrilled that we found Michael. First the people who work in the office are professional and friendly. Michael was a professional thru and thru, and made us feel at ease with the process. We asked a lot of questions because this was our first house. He was willing to answer them all in a language that we could understand, and explain deficiencies that needed to be corrected to bring the house up to code. He also professionaly dealt with a 'know it all' owner who constantly interrupted the inspection to put his 2 cents in. Michael got his report to us by that evening. It went into detail with pictures about the deficiencies, and explained what was needed to bring many, many problems up to code. The report was easy to read/follow. In the end his work saved us from making purchacing what would have turned out to be a money pit. We had several contractors out the next 2 days giving us quotes (electrical hazzards, fire hazzards, structural hazzards, and much more.) Each agreed with what Michael had reported. We found we would have had to put in $20,000 just to bring the house up to code before and at move in. We would then have to put in another $20,000+ more money to correct other issues (to the interior, exterior, yard drainage, retaining wall) of the house where the owner did work himself at a very subpar level. It was wasn't hard walking away from this beautiful looking 'dream house' because of what Michael uncovered. We plan on using him again when we find the right house, and now know what to look for when house hunting. Thank you Michael, 2 big thumbs up! Price includes radon testing.

It wasn't super cheap, but it was so thorough. I had to have an pre-drywall inspector. I was having an house built, and had to have the pre-wall inspected, before and after. He does the reports, he will get them off the same day. He goes by all the codes, the Georgia codes, the county codes, any that they may have broke,to see if they broke any codes. He wants you there, so he can teach you. He wants you to know what he is doing, so you can always follow up with the contractor, that they really did what they said they did. I thought this was really awesome. For all the things he does, he gets an A.

Scheduling the inspection was exceptionally quick considering it was a sudden acceptance of the purchase offer. Michael was out 15 minutes early to start work on inspecting the exterior he could see. Michael seemed knowledgeable in all areas and was completely thorough. I would hire him in an instant for any future purchases.

My realtor gave me a listing of inspectors that she recommended, however after reading the reviews for Michael on Angie's List and reviewing his website I decided to contact him to find out more information. He responded right away, answered my questions, and directed me to contact his office to book an appointment. He was available within two days of my emailing him. At my appointment he began with explaining what he was going to do and what I should expect from his inspection. He was extremely friendly and took the time to answer all my questions before he began. His inspection was very thorough! It took over three hours and he turned on every light, every faucet, went into the attic, climbed up onto the roof, etc. After all was said and done, he charged me less than what was quoted and had the full report to me a few short hours later along with full explanations and pictures with arrows pointing to the observations he referenced! I honestly could not be more pleased with the service he provided. I highly recommend him.

Michael Bronner's reports and professionalism were outstanding. It was a pleasure doing business with him. He showed up for the appointment 15 minutes early, introduced himself, explained everything he was going to do and answered all of our questions during the inspection. The home inspection and radon test reports he produced and sent to us were very thorough and extremely detailed, and provided excellent recommendations on how to remediate the issues. He truly made us feel like he was looking out for our best interest. I would definitely recommend him for a home inspection and radon test.

This home inspection went great. Michael was very informative and made us feel at ease.

We have used Michael for 2 home inspections. The first home had a ton of problems - he saved us a lot of headache! Thankfully the 2nd home didn't have as many issues, but we were thankful to have Michael. And he produced the report very quickly and talked us through the issues he saw as significant right after his inspection. Would 100% use him again and recommend him highly.

Michael was great. Very thorough and left no stone unturned. We have moved 4 times over the last 20 years and he has done the best job! Would recommend to anyone who needs and inspection. Cost a little bit more than others, but clearly worth it when making a big purchase and investment

We were serviced by Mr. Bronner two times.  The first time Mr. Bronner was able to identify a number of major violation and issues to the property to include potential structural issues with the property.  We had to evaluate if the property was what we needed and decided it was not.  The second property identified a number of items needing to be addressed, however the seller did not want to address any of the major items which helped us to make yet another decision.
We are happy Mr. Bronner was as thorough as he was for he has saved a great deal of money in the long term.
