This was a move out cleaning in preparation for putting our house on the market. (The house was already empty.) Vanessa contacted me within 30 minutes of my posting on Angi. She worked with me to meet my schedule and was very responsive throughout the project. When they arrived to clean the house, they brought all their own equipment and cleaning supplies. They worked quickly and efficiently, spending almost 5 hours cleaning. The house is 3 stories and has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 half baths, kitchen, formal living room and dining room, den, breakfast area, and family room. While all their cleaning was exceptional, the kitchen and bathrooms were my greatest concern. In addition to the base cleaning charge, I paid for the add on services to have our stove ($20) and refrigerator ($30) deep cleaned as well and it was worth every penny! I don’t think the kitchen and bathrooms had been that clean since the house was built in 1994. I highly recommend Vanessa and her team if you want responsiveness, a warm and personable owner, and great service.

All is done and very professional in her manner. and she kept her word and kept in contact as to what s eh was doing and when she would be done.

Good follow through and commitment to terms of the contract (they cleaned what they promised and the quoted price did not change). Very thorough cleaning. Home smelled wonderful and looked freshly cleaned.

I like the way that Vanessa was continuously in touch with me before she arrived. And they spent more than just an hour into the image of the place was spotless before they left. I will definitely have them back again.

First off I would like to say that if I could. I would give Miracle Cleaners a Perfect 10!!! The ladies were polite, professional, and did a fabulous job!!! Vanessa was very courteous and polite. Answering all my questions. Even when it took me more than one phone call to remember them all.
