ALLIED WASTE SERVICES

Since my arm was injured it is very difficult to drag a large waste container up my driveway with one wheel falling off. Well, the next garbage removal picked up the loose wheel leaving one wheel with an axle. The following week the pickup removed the axle with the remaining wheel. (Now my receptacle has neither wheels nor axle). My contract will be up for cancelation/and or renewal in a few weeks. I would not let these idiots pick up my trash if they cut my rates in half... It will be a great pleasure to cancel service and give it to a small local firm garbage hauling service.

Don't use Allied/Robertson/BFI (whatever they're called now). When I started service, it took 3 weeks after my service started, and multiple phone calls, to finally get a trash can delivered. Every 3 weeks, or so, they'd forget to pick up my trash, or the recycling. When I scheduled my service to be discontinued, they picked up my trash can 2 weeks early, had to bring one back out, picked it up again a week early, and never brought another one. Not having a trash can is a bit of a hassle when moving. After 7 calls in the last 3 weeks, I haven't been able to get a refund, and I have to sit on the phone for about 1/2 an hour everytime I try to talk to someone.

Weekly pick up. Schedules vary with missed days occasionally, more frequently miss recycling pick-up day.

Been their customer for the past 4 months. Their rates are ok. Paying 18$/month for Garbage and 6$ a month for yard waste disposal. But if there is a better company, maybe I will switch.
