We struggled with a persistently leaking toilet, calling at least three plumbers who simply reinstalled the toilet without solving the underlying issue. This time, the plumber correctly diagnosed the problem - a damaged flange on the left side of the concrete slab floor under the tile. Previous plumbers likely avoided the more complex fix of replacing the flange. Despite the extra work of installing a new flange on the slab, this plumber provided us a reasonable quote and got the job done right. We called with the leak around 2 pm and the plumber arrived promptly by 4 pm, working diligently into the evening to complete the repair. He left the area spotless afterwards. We are extremely pleased with the plumber's expertise, responsiveness, transparency on pricing, and high quality work fixing this frustrating issue once and for all. We would enthusiastically recommend this company for any plumbing need.
